Claire was very welcoming and a very good hostess. The location was very quiet and about a 30-40 minute walk away from the main busy centre. The breakfast was really nice and tasty, although it did take a while to come, but everything was cooked to order. Rooms were nice and clean with plenty of storage. They even had a fan, which was good as the weather was very warm. I would definitely stay here again, if I was visiting Scarborough
Great stay for when we came on holiday a couple months back. Great view and close to the beach/stairlift to go down. Breakfast was amazing and the cakes. Nothing was too much trouble for my partner whos GF.
Fantastic hotel. Very clean, spacious rooms, nicely decorated. Really friendly team, happy to help with anything. Super breakfast options, and lovely, freshly cooked food. Very reasonable pricing as well Will definitely stay here again, and most definitely recommend.
This hotel is great value for money. The rooms and clean and spacious. Very comfortable beds too ..the breakfast was delicious and generous portions with lots of variety available. Would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this area.
Excellent stay at The Rowntree Lodge, it's a hidden gem and well worth a visit The room was clean, comfortable and warm, a d the pillow chocolates were a nice touch. We had a very nice breakfast and all the team were friendly and helpful. There is a pub about 500 yards away and it's a short walk into town Can recommend
Rowntree Lodge is a lovely hotel/cafe run by lovely people, we would highly recommend it. Our room was enormous, it was clean, the super king size bed was very comfy, the bathroom was very nice. There was tea/coffee, hairdryer, iron and ironing board in the room. There was also a very useful information folder. Breakfast was excellent. The carparking disc system worked very well for us too. This hotel exceeded our expectations - we will be booking again next year. Thank you.
This hotel is the best hotel ive ever stayed in. Pristine in every room, lots of tea, coffee, sugar in the room. Service is second to none. I couldn't possibly of asked for better. Fantastic price. Owner very attentive and explains everything needed. Staff are very welcoming. Very modern and extremely clean. If you want value for money, this is absolutely the place to stay!! I will definitely be returning for more than 1 day!
Wonderful building decorated perfectly. Loved the dining room/cafe food excellent. Staff lovely and the room we stayed in was lovely would happily spend a week in room 7. Beds towels linen all great Love this area of Scarboro.. so grand
